Vajrasana

To start with this pose, stretch your legs before you, keeping your spine erect. Now bend both your legs from the knees and place your hips over your heels. Place your hands on your thighs and keep yourself relaxed and breathing deeply. Sit in this pose for at least 1 to 3 minutes and then release.

Also known as the thunderbolt pose, it is one of the few yoga poses for hair growth that can be practised after having a meal. Adho Mukha Svanasana

Hold this yoga pose for at least a few breaths and release from the pose gently. Adho Mukha savasana improves blood circulation in your body and ensures fresh blood flows to the head. It involves stretching your neck and spine, which helps release stress.

Sarvangasana

Lie down on your back comfortably, keeping your hands resting beside you. Now with an exhale, lift your legs, hips and back so that your whole body is straight. Your whole body weight should be on your shoulder. Support your back with your hands and hold this yoga pose for at least 30 seconds, and keep breathing and gently release from the pose.

Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand, is the queen of all Asana. This powerful yoga pose boosts your metabolism and ensures the individual is not exhausted.

Sirsasana

Sirsasana, or headstand, is the king of all yoga asana. To perform this yoga pose, interlock your finger to form a cup shape. Bend your upper torso forward and place your head on that cup. Now slowly lift your knees off the floor, gently pull your toes, and slowly straighten your legs off the mat. Keep your spine straight, hold this pose for at least 10 seconds, and then release gently. If you are a beginner, then take the support of the wall, and it is advised to practice this yoga pose under the guidance of a certified yoga teacher.
